Broccoli 'Tenderette' (Sprouting) F1 - Seeds

An early variety with masses of sweet, tender heads that command a high price in supermarkets but are one of the easier brassicas to grow yourself. Plants will yield 2-3 harvests over one month.Broccoli 'Tenderette' is no ordinary sprouting broccoli but a cross between broccoli and Chinese kale. It yields lots of supremely tender florets on tender stems that have an intense but sweet flavour. Equally delicious raw or cooked, toss them into a salad, a wok or a steamer – whatever you do, just don’t overcook this premium vegetable! Height: 80cm (31in).
