It?s flowers have large flat velvety baby pink petals with a prominent magenta central stripe. Spreading to around 100cm and growing to a great height of 300cm, Clematis ?Nelly Moser? is an excellent choice for cottage gardens, patios, walls and fences. Old man?s beard are deciduous climbers, this Clematis will enjoy sprawling through other mature shrubs and hedges, along with twirling it?s bright green leaflets and stalks around posts and structures. This Clematis plant is an excellent choice for a north facing wall, due to it?s ideal growing conditions being dappled shade - in direct sunlight it?s pretty pink blooms will unfortunately fade in colour.
