Tillandsia melanocrater tricolor is a simple but exotic small evergreen plant that looks good all year round. It also produces vibrant colour hues depending on light levels and produces a tricolour flower as it begins to mature. Naturally found growing in the branches of jungle trees, these members of the Bromeliad family survive on moisture and nutrients available in the air. These tropical Air Plants need little intervention to thrive - a lot of light and a little moisture in the air is usually sufficient to keep them healthy and they don?t even need to be potted in soil. This would be a perfect addition to a bathroom or kitchen due to the humidity they love.
