Weigela Towers of Flowers Cherry The brand new Weigela 'Towers of Flower Cherry' is a showstopping variety like no other, with a versatile, columnar growing habit. This upright shrub produces a magnificent display of cherry-red blooms that emerge from May to June. These smother the entire length of each stem, forming a pillar of colour all around the plant. The young leaves develop with a bronze tint before maturing to dark green. Like all Weigela flowers, this variety has proven to be tough and reliable, while being easy to grow and requiring minimal maintenance. As if it couldn't get any better, 'Towers of Flower Cherry' is quick growing, and the vertical stems make it ideal for developing a living screen on a patio or balcony. It is also a wonderful plant to add to wildlife areas, where it will be home for wildlife and be a magnet for pollinating insects. Height: 120cm (48). Spread: 90cm (36).
