Wisteria brachybotrys 'White Silk' is a stunning deciduous climber known for its beautiful clusters of fragrant white flowers. These blooms appear from late spring to early summer, cascading in elegant pendulous formations that enhance the charm of garden structures in temperate climates. Unlike other wisteria types, 'White Silk' boasts shorter, more compact flowers, giving it a dense, silky look that adds sophistication to any landscape. As a deciduous plant, 'White Silk' loses its leaves in winter, showcasing its striking, twisting woody stems that offer architectural appeal even in colder months. This vigorous climber is perfect for decorating pergolas, arches, walls, or large trellises, making it a versatile option for gardeners seeking vertical interest. It thrives in full sun but can tolerate partial shade, and it prefers well-drained, fertile soil with moderate moisture. Regular pruning helps maintain its shape and encourages abundant blooms. Hardy in most of the UK, 'White Silk' withstands typical winter conditions and attracts pollinators during its flowering season, enhancing the garden's health and beauty.Height: 600cm (236 in) Spread: 400cm (157 in).
